An-Nahl 16:108

Ola-ika allatheena tabaAAaAllahu AAala quloobihim wasamAAihim waabsarihimwaola-ika humu alghafiloon

Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allāh has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless.

Those are the ones Allah has set a seal on whose hearts, ears and eyes; and they are the heedless.
