Al-Ahzab 33:18

Qad yaAAlamu Allahu almuAAawwiqeenaminkum walqa-ileena li-ikhwanihim halummailayna wala ya/toona alba/sa illa qaleela

Already Allāh knows the hinderers among you and those [hypocrites] who say to their brothers, "Come to us," and do not go to battle, except for a few,

Allah does know the ones from among you who prevent (others from joining the battle) and those who say to their brothers, “Come along with us,” and who do not come to the battle but for a little while,
