Saba 34:36

Qul inna rabbee yabsutu arrizqaliman yashao wayaqdiru walakinna akthara annasila yaAAlamoon

Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it], but most of the people do not know."

Say, “In fact, my Lord extends provision to whom He wills, and straitens (it for whom He wills), but most of the people do not know”.
