Fatir 35:19
وَمَا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَٱلْبَصِيرُ
Wama yastawee al-aAAma walbaseer
Not equal are the blind and the seeing,
The blind and the sighted are not equal,
