As-Saffat 37:147
وَأَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِا۟ئَةِ أَلْفٍ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ
Waarsalnahu ila mi-ati alfinaw yazeedoon
And We sent him to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more.
And We had sent him (as messenger) to one hundred thousand, or more.
