An-Nisa 4:133

In yasha/ yuthhibkum ayyuha annasuwaya/ti bi-akhareena wakana Allahu AAalathalika qadeera

If He wills, He can do away with you, O people, and bring others [in your place]. And ever is Allāh competent to do that.

If He so wills, He can remove you, O men, and bring others (in your place). Allah has the power to do that.
