An-Najm 53:43
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ
Waannahu huwa adhaka waabka
And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep
and that He is the One who makes (one) laugh and makes (him) weep,
