Al-Qamar 54:49
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ
Inna kulla shay-in khalaqnahubiqadar
Indeed, all things We created with predestination.
Verily, We have created every thing according to (Our) predestination.
