Al-An'am 6:39

Wallatheena kaththaboobi-ayatina summun wabukmun fee aththulumatiman yasha-i Allahu yudlilhu waman yasha/ yajAAalhuAAala siratin mustaqeem

But those who deny Our verses are deaf and dumb within darknesses. Whomever Allāh wills - He sends astray; and whomever He wills - He puts him on a straight path.

Those who gave the lie to Our signs are deaf and dumb, in layers of darkness. He lets whomsoever He wills go astray, and brings whomsoever He wills on the straight path.
