Al-Insan 76:31

يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦ ۚ وَٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۢا

Yudkhilu man yashao fee rahmatihiwaththalimeena aAAadda lahum AAathabanaleema

He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment.

He admits whomsoever He wills to His mercy. As for the wrongdoers, He has prepared for them a painful punishment.
