An-Naba 78:29
وَكُلَّ شَىْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَـٰهُ كِتَـٰبًا
Wakulla shay-in ahsaynahu kitaba
But all things We have enumerated in writing.
And everything (from their deeds) is thoroughly recorded by Us in writing.
