Al-Mutaffifin 83:12
وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ
Wama yukaththibu bihi illakullu muAAtadin atheem
And none deny it except every sinful transgressor.
