Al-Inshiqaq 84:2
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ
Waathinat lirabbiha wahuqqat
And has listened [i.e., responded] to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]
and will listen to (the command of) its Lord,- and it ought to,-
