Al-Balad 90:2
وَأَنتَ حِلٌّۢ بِهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ
Waanta hillun bihatha albalad
And you, [O Muḥammad], are free of restriction in this city
-and (O Prophet,) you are going to be allowed (to fight) in this city-
