Al-Layl 92:8
وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ
Waamma man bakhila wastaghna
But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need
But the one who is miser and deems himself self-sufficient,
