Al-Ma'idah 5:111

Wa-ith awhaytu ila alhawariyyeenaan aminoo bee wabirasoolee qaloo amannawashhad bi-annana muslimoon

And [remember] when I inspired to the disciples, "Believe in Me and in My messenger [i.e., Jesus]." They said, "We have believed, so bear witness that indeed we are Muslims [in submission to Allāh]."

When I enjoined upon the disciples (of ‘Īsā ), “Believe in Me and in My Messenger,” they said, “We believed. Bear witness that we are the submitting ones.”
